Family and Friends,

Psalm 96:9-11

 O worship the Lord

in the beauty of holiness:

fear before Him,

all the earth.

Say among the heathen that the Lord reigneth:

the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved:

He shall judge the people righteously.

Let the heavens rejoice,

and let the earth be glad;

let the sea roar,

and the fulness thereof.

Matthew 2:2

Where is He that is born King of the Jews?

for we have seen His star in the east,

and are come to worship Him.

True biblical worship so satisfies our total personality that we don’t have to shop

around for man-made substitutes. William Temple made this clear in his masterful

definition of worship:

For worship is the submission of all our nature to God. It is the quickening of conscience

by His holiness; the nourishment of mind with His truth; the purifying of imagination by

His beauty; the opening of the heart to His love; the surrender of will to His purpose —

and all of this gathered up in adoration, the most selfless emotion of which our nature is

capable and therefore the chief remedy for that self-centeredness which is our original

sin and the source of all actual sin.

John 4:24

God is a spirit :

and they that worship Him

must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

Acts 16:30-31

”Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”

And they said,

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ,

and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”

Romans 10:8-13

But what saith it?

The word is nigh thee,

even in thy mouth,

and in thy heart:

that is,

the word of faith, which we preach;

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth

the Lord Jesus,

and shalt believe in thine heart

that God hath raised Him from the dead,

thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto

and with the mouth confession is made unto

For the scripture saith,

believeth on Him

shall not be ashamed.

For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek:

for the same Lord over

is rich unto

that call upon Him.

For whosoever shall CALL upon the NAME of the Lord

The plan of salvation is simple.

Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ,

died for your sins and rose again from the dead.

Ask Him to forgive you of your sins.

Invite Him into your heart to be the Savior of your soul.

When you’re crying yourself to sleep,

know that Jesus is lending His shoulder to you.

When you’re pushed to the ground,

know that Jesus is holding out His hands to you.

When you feel like dying,

know that Jesus died to let you live.

When you feel like no one loves you,

know that Jesus loves you more than you can imagine.
