Archive for the ‘Jesus Never Fails’ Category

Hi Family and Friends,

It is comforting to know that in times of chaos or in times of peace, in the good times and bad, Jesus Never Fails!

I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Joshua 1:5.

There failed not ought of any good thing

which the Lord had spoken unto the house of Israel;

all came to pass.

God is not a man, that He should lie;

neither the son of man, that He should repent:

hath He said, and shall He not do it?

or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?

The Lord thy God, He is God,

the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him.

He will ever be mindful of His covenant.

Can a woman forget her sucking child,

that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb?

yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of My hands.

The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is Mighty;

He will save, He will rejoice over thee with joy;

He will rest in His love,

He will joy over thee with singing.

Joshua 21:45  – Numbers 23:19 – Deuteronomy 7:9 – Psalm 111:5 –  Isaiah 49:15,16 – Zephaniah – 3:17

Every Christian has a testimony of the Lord helping them in “the nick of time.”  It may have been an answer to prayer for finances to pay the electric bill, or even for something as simple, yet important, as asking the Lord to help you get a stain out of your favorite jacket that you don’t notice until you are rushing out the door to an  important appointment.  Or it may be a desperate prayer for help in a life or death situation.

In one church we visited, a single mother was on her way to work in August of 2012. Suddenly a vehicle hit hers and she hit a light pole, causing her vehicle to roll 7 times down the hill before landing in a ditch.  As her vehicle was rolling, she cried out “Jesus save me! Jesus please save me Lord!”  After the vehicle stopped rolling, a man arrived on the scene and was the first person there.  She said he held her hand until the ambulance came and he said to her, “The Lord is with you.” She shared how after hearing those words that she knew that she “was going to be alright.” Although she had been injured, two months later she was able to go back to work again.  The only place where the top of the vehicle was not crushed was where her head had been. The roof looked to be in the shape of a tent over where her head had been but the passenger’s side was crushed in!  Wow!  Thank you Lord for protecting your child.

Isn’t it encouraging to know our Lord will never fail His children?  Thank you for stopping by.
