Of the increase of His government and peace

from henceforth

even for ever

The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this!

Fear not Mary

and the Lord God shall give unto Him

the throne of his father David

And He shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever

and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

These are the words which I spake unto you

while I was yet with you

Luke 24:44

Doing this series about some of the Messianic Prophecies was very edifying and encouraging.   I am thankful that I have not followed cunningly devised fables but am following a Savior that fulfilled the Word of the Lord with innumerable, infallible proofs.  Because I have trusted Jesus to be my own personal Savior, I know by God’s Word that His birth, death and resurrection secure my salvation.

Perhaps you are not sure of your salvation, but you can be.  Just invite Jesus into your heart to be the Lord of your life. Surrender your will to His.  Ask for His forgiveness from sin.  He loves you supremely and will be with you from here to eternity.

If this season finds you with sadness instead of joy, please be comforted in knowing that Jesus’ birth and subsequent death and resurrection were for you personally.

Because He lives, you can face all of your tomorrows.  Never give up, never give in, but trust the Lord to see you through every situation big or small.
