Greetings Friends and Family, I trust you are doing well, and knowing God loves you! Yes, He is God, but more than that, He is our Father. His tender love and affection is always toward us. Just as a child says, “Papa, Daddy, my Daddy!”, even so we, as God’s children, can use the same tender expression in addressing Him. Think of it! We are God’s own little children! HIS VERY OWN! WE BELONG! WE BELONG TO HIM AND, HE BELONGS TO US! How precious is that? We can climb onto His lap and tell Him all about it. He will love and dote upon us and lavish us with loving kindness and tender mercies.

“… as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue: whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world …” II Peter 1:3-4

Rom. 8:14-17 “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit that we are the children of God: and if children then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ…”

We have recently returned home in preparation for the upcoming April conference.  We have also been blessed in our travels to see the manifestations of our wonderful God. The Lord healed a dear saint in California of a pinched nerve in her toe that had bothered her for years, (ouch).   The Lord is so loving and kind to His children.  We have but to ask and believe Him when we pray! It is so important that we KNOW, really KNOW that God loves us.   Luke 12:32 tells us: “Fear not little flock for it is the Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.”

Last year in January, our good Father showed His tender love and mercy on another dear child of His. We met this young lady in Illinois for the first time in our first night of service there. She had this bubbly sweet personality. If you didn’t see her legs, you wouldn’t have known she had a handicap. She was telling me of the things that she was doing for the Lord. My heart was touched as I saw her limitations. She had metal braces all the way up both legs, and walked with a several-pronged cane. I didn’t really know the extent of her disabilities till later.  In the first service the Lord touched her arms as she raised them all the way up, which she had not been able to do before. The next night she was running in the back of the church without her braces! She had a disease called neuropathy, and we came to find out she had also been legally blind. She testified with exuberance, “I can feel my feet! I can see your faces!” Everyone was rejoicing to see the great things the Lord did for her. She shared with me how that her doctor wanted to put her in a wheel chair and put her in a nursing home but she told him she was too young to be institutionalized and she did not want to be in a wheel chair.  Although he had told her that with braces she could get sores and might have to have her legs amputated if they didn’t heal, she nevertheless prevailed upon him to have some braces made for her legs! She said that he finally told her, “only God can help you now.” Well the Lord certainly met his challenge and she was in the April conference praising and giving glory to God! My husband asked her what the doctor had said upon seeing her healed and she said he raised his hands holding her charts and exclaimed, “hallelujah!” She also told my husband she wanted to see her former pastor and his wife because she didn’t know what they looked like. Thank you Lord for such a notable miracle for this young woman!  “He doeth all things well.” The Lord gave her back her life.   Thank you precious Lord!

God is Still Love

In the deepest heart of every man God planted a longing for Himself, as He is: a God of love. No matter what we say, our hearts cry out for God to care, to be involved with us, to love us. This is His idea. He created this longing in us. It is the longing toward the “light that lighteth every man who cometh into the world.”

The human race longs for love

because the human race longs for God.

God and love are not similar.

Love is not merely one of God’s characteristics.

“God is love.”

No matter how it looks to us nothing changes this. He is not dead He is. And if we believe He is, then we can know that He is love.

Anyone can be freed to see both the truth about our world and the truth about God and come out free not only to believe in love, but to love. This does not happen overnight, but it can begin happening at any moment to anyone, and because God is growth and life as well as love, it can go on happening,” ~

Daily we see God’s love manifested all around us, even in common every day things. We indeed are a blessed people.

Hope to see you in conference…the best one yet!
